Explore My Approach
My Philosophy
I believe therapy is most effective when it's human, relational, and collaborative. I'm not here to “fix” you—I’m here to walk alongside you as you better understand yourself, your patterns, and your relationships.
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, we just need space to reflect, to feel, and to reconnect with ourselves.

What Our Work Might Include
Depending on your needs and goals, our sessions may explore:
-Unhelpful thought patterns or inner narratives that keep you stuck
-The emotional impact of past relationships or trauma
-The stress of major transitions or life uncertainty
-Themes of identity, meaning, and self-worth
-The tension between what you want and what you feel allowed to have

An Integrative Lens
I don’t believe in rigid protocols—I draw from several evidence-based approaches to tailor our work to you:
- CBT to bring structure and insight to how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact
- Attachment-Based & Psychodynamic Therapy to understand how your past informs your present
- Narrative Therapy to help you rewrite internalized stories that no longer serve you
- Existential Therapy to explore meaning, choice, and what makes life feel purposefu
How It Feels to Work Together
Clients often describe therapy with me as a space where they feel truly seen and heard. I strive to create an environment that is:
- Supportive and Nonjudgmental: A place where you can express yourself freely without fear of criticism.
- Collaborative: We work together to explore your experiences and identify paths forward.
- Insight-Oriented: Encouraging deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
- Empowering: Helping you build confidence and resilience to navigate life's challenges.
